SUKRIT'S SUNDAYS
Directed by Vasant Nath
Review By Kim Jindra

This film is a sensitive reminder of the importance of generational connections. Sukrit spends his Sundays watching and learning the rites of manhood from his grandpa. Sukrit is fascinated by his grandpa but doesn't realize his importance until it is too late.
Director Vasant Nath presents a wistful tale that does its job without any dialogue. This film brought back memories of my own grandpa and made me wish once again that my father had lived to know his grandchildren.
