BEST OF FEST
An Evening of Independent Film
Presented by Indie Express
At The Victory Theatre Center
Indie Express has teamed up with The Victory Theatre Center, an intimate non-profit theatre company who has been developing new plays, producing world premieres and West Coast premieres of emerging talent for 27 years. We felt it was a good match as it is our goal to explore the breadth of talent in filmmaking, with a special focus on the truly independent filmmaker. We've been in talks with several filmmakers to create a screening series to showcase their films, hence the birth of Best of Fest.

LOVE IS LOVE
Directed by Anne Renton
Jane Lynch (Talladega Nights, The 40-Year-Old Virgin) stars as a rebel-rousing preacher questioning the rights of heterosexuals to have the same freedoms that gays and lesbians do in this amusing turnabout on ‘societal norms’. Margaret Cho makes an amusing Cameo appearance as a proselytizer for the cause.
